programs in Add/Remove Programs missing

im running windows 7 ultimate 32 bit,core 2 duo with 2gb of ram.

late my pc has been running slower than usual and yesterday i just realized that most of the programs in "add or remove programs" in control panel is missing.it was supposed to be a long list but now it's only left with 3.i can't uninstall programs.help?
