When browsing the internet a fake flash player tab popped up and i declined installing and it went ahead and installed itself anyways. Ive been browsing bleeping computer basically following every guide and post about removing it and its not going away. So, I need some help.
Hi there.
Few days ago I connected an old hard drive (not really old) that always worked upon connecting (I connected it over 5 times this month, at least) I disconnect it mainly because I don't want it to be effected from viruses or anything, I got important stuff there.
It's not an external hard drive, I had to open my pc case to connect it of course.
After connecting it my PC suddenly didn't show anything on screen, so I said ok, something is probably wrong with this hard drive (didn't find a solution to this) and decided to disconnect it.
From that point I kept getting random blue screens on my PC (I have this PC for 5 years and I never, NEVER had a blue screen, not even once.)
The blue screen said that I should remove any new installed hardware (which was probably my old hard drive)
and wrote
*** STOP: 0x0000003b (0x0000000c0000005, 0xFFFFF80002ACAF92, 0xFFFFF8800AD47AD0, 0x0000000000000)
Didn't really count the last with many 0 on it.
I tried playing with my RAM memory and somehow ended with both connected but having 2GB instead of 4GB (I put them back into their original places)
I currently run safe mode with networking but it gets this blue screen after maybe 15 minutes when on normal mode I get this after between 10 seconds till 5 minutes.
I noticed that opening Steam or xfire immediately gave me this blue screen so I deleted both from my PC but I still get this crash after few minutes.
my PC specs are:
Proccessor: E6600 Dual core 2.4 Ghz
Memory: 4GB 667Mhz (now got 2...)
GPU: GTS 250 1GB
Windows 7 64bit
Is there a way to fix this blue screen problem and connect my old hard drive again? it's currently connected to my PC but doesn't show on "My computer".
Hello all I have recently been getting two CLR errors on start up they started a few weeks ago and the problem is intermittent. One is for my start up delayer and the other is for ccc.exe which is for my graphics card. I researched this and found out it could be a net framework problem. I uninstalled net framework and re installed the latest version 4.5 All was good for a few days until a windows update for net framework now back to the CLR errors. Both are CLR Error 8007000e.
They come up at start up and if I try to load them after.

Hi everyone.
I've been working on a Dell that had the ransomware virus on it. I ran Sophos (bootable) to stop the virus, because the computer had crashed and is calling for a set-up disc.
Much of the virus was removed, but the operating system won't load. Part of the error code reads like this: windows\system32\c_1252.nls is either corrupt or missing.
One unusual thing is that the Dell site has this machine listed as having XP, while the machine itself has a Vista sticker on it.
The Dell was given to me, I'd really like to get it running, if any one can help!

The Dell error code is 2000-0146. I don't have set-up discs.

My computer is infected with adobe virus so i can´t watch any videos online. Some will open but there´s no sound and it´s always asking to update Adobe to view the videos. I´ve tried to removed but applying the instrutions that was posted on this website in June but it didn´t work.
Can someone help me,please?

im having the Find String (QGREP) Utility has stopped working problem, i do know that this is already a subject but the forum is locked and i know how to fix the problem, remove last installed file of program. my real problem in doing so is i dont know what the last file/ program i installed was and am new to windows 8 and was wondering if there is a way to bring up history of last installed programs and files, if there is how do i do this.
