Browser Redirects and cleaning out garbage....

Hello,

I have been using Spybot as a free Virus Detection and removal tool but it has failed on these redirects. Can you walk me through the steps to solve the problem? I know that I need to run some logs and post back to you so start me off and I will promptly respond throughout the day.
