can i be helped Ive been turned over by a virus

The Security Pro invaded My computer Thank The lord I didnt buy the Pressure program.Anyway it doesnt let me startup in safe mode Icant run a reinstall disk When I do a normal Startup I cant connect to the internet to load anything to help me like malware bytes or R- kill or anything else Its bad to me can I be helped by anyone in the community or should I give Up and let it Kill My Poor struggling computer Any thing you could do would be extremely appreciated.
