Dell XPS 410 RAM and Graphic Card upgrades

I have a Dell XPS 410, and I need to replace the graphic card and increase the amount of RAM it has. The specs can be found here. The RAM I was looking at can be found here. I will be using this computer for schoolwork, watching anime, and maybe gaming but mostly schoolwork and watching anime. I intend to dual-boot the computer with Win XP and Linux (probably Mint Xfce). I will probably upgrade Win XP to Win 7 in the near future. Is the RAM I posted okay? What are my options for graphic cards?
