Interactive Services Detection - Spoolsv.exe

So I turned my computer on today and this message popped up:

EDIT: When I click "View Message" it basically tells me some message about Runtime terminating/something caused to run in an unusual way/etc, I could not remember exactly what it said word-for-word and it's not allowing the screencap of it to copy over to my clipboard. Oh well.

I've not installed anything new, but Skype did update last night. Usually when I turn my laptop on, I get a "tablet driver" error but I've never really thought much into it because I assumed it was my drawing tablet or my printer acting up, but I didn't get that message this time.

I read that spool can be related to a printer as well, so I'm a bit confused here.

I should also note that last night Windows had it's little flag in the bottom right telling me that I had no antivirus - which is bull, because I have Avast, Spybot, Malwarebytes, and SuperAntiSpyware... so I'm hoping they're not related. That flag/warning is gone today. Perhaps it was due to an antivirus update?

Any idea what it may be?

Thanks!

UPDATE: Malwarebytes scan has come up clean.
