I just installed a Radeon 7950 graphics card into my motherboard and when i plug up two displays (One DVI and One HDMI) the DVI monitor's taskbar starts to "jump" erratically. When I unhook the HDMI display the issue stops. I have tried it in extend and duplicate mode. Only the DVI monitor flickers on any of the settings, the HDMI monitor isn't bothered by this problem.
What i mean by jumping is the taskbar starts glitching out and jerking up and down when I scroll or do anything. I have adjusted the clock speeds, and many other things and nothing works except unplugging the HDMI monitor. I have the new CCC installed on here and its stock overclocked to 900 mhz on core clock. It does the same thing overclocked, default, or underclocked.
How do I fix this?
