Solution For Tooltips Behind Taskbar Bug In Xp.

Hi everyone,

While experimenting with my PC I found why the tool tips sometimes go behind the taskbar. This is a common bug that many people experience. There is no fix for it, yet, so it can be annoying . If you right click on something in the programs section of the Start Menu, this makes tool tips go behind the taskbar and the only way to stop it is to turn the computer off, then back on. So to stop this from happening, try to refrain from right-clicking in the Programs section of the start menu. Hope this helps anyone with this problem!
