AFP/ACC Ransomware Virus

My room-mate asked me if I could fix his computer as he is computer illiterate.

The computer is running 64 bit windows 7. When booted it logs in and brings up the notorious ukash ransomware scheme.

I have tried running the Hitman Pro fix but when it logs in and the hitman screen is supposed to appear....it doesn't.

I have also run the Anvi rescue disk program to attempt to clear out the virus but to no avail..

I am not sure how to run DDS to post a report as I can not access anything once the computer is booted. Also the computer will not boot in any of the three safe mode options.
