background sound issue

My laptop recently started with a lot of background advertisements while I was watching videos on internet. Upon further search I found this website and I have downloaded and run 'DDS'. Here are the results:

Can anyone please look into this issue and help me in solving the same? I am afraid my laptop is infected with malware which my anti virus failed to detect !
