Pretty sure my PC has an infection, but no idea with what.

Symptoms:

- mysterious program in Startup: "omylcqksw.exe" that cannot be deleted or removed.

- Hosts file set hidden and system

- windows.microsoft.com unreachable, among others

- intermittent complaints of infected files
