Greetings

Hello. I am new to the forum. I got into IT late in life and looking to learn more. Currently work as a service desk technician at a network operations center. My interests lie in networking for professional reasons (obviously) and malware removal since people are always pestering me about their computers and can't accept that, even though I work in IT, I am not a pro at virus removal (I always say, "Would you go to a foot doctor for a brain tumor?").
