Best most cost effective printer for general office use

We currently have a hp laser jet 2605dn printer and it's starting to slow down and struggle a bit.

We need a cost effective printer that does colour. General office use such as printing out emails and leaflets etc, we don't push it too hard. Newsletters etc we have external companies print.

Need to be able to print double sided automatically and have Ethernet capabilities.

Any thoughts?
