a virus prison

hi, today I stumbled upon a virus of the prison service, uskash if I'm not mistaken, I rebooted the computer in safe mode and normally after restarting the pc still working properly. I run to a safe mode system restore and after that another reboot. I also decided to use combo fix.Il log reports this:

I also did a scan with avg 14 (I re-enabled once the combofix scan) and nothing came out, I have resolved? pc seems to be working properly
