Backdoor agent V 862243

Ok it has been a year since I had to use this site, and now I have to rely on your knowledge to help me figure out to remove this virus without runing the whole computer. So, please help me figure out this problem once more.

Anyways, it has come to my attention for some reason that I have hit another virus. This time the name of the virus is in the title topic on my Windows 7 laptop. I have no cliue how I got it, but regardless I have gotten it. Now the problem is that it has affected over 5000 files on my computer and is crashing all of my programs, I have tried system restore, but the only one I had was from 3 days from today. But it is still here and I can't seem to get rid of it no matter what. Files so far only seem to be programs. I am running Malwarebytes anti malware. As well as Anvi Smart Defender, for my antiviruses. I am running this on a ASUS laptop I had bought 3 years back roughly. I can't seem to fix this myself from some experiences with viruses. i have tried to delete all of the files but I have no seen as of yet what happens. A lot of programs tell me they crashed and cannot work cause of it. I removed like 4000 of the files. But was too scared of the computer not starting if I had kept deleting without knowing full well what happens when I do. If possible I would like to get this fixed soon cause of my school work. But after reading, it will take a few days to even reply to this one message. if possible please tell me if they is a virus that is ok to remove the 5000 files it has affected or should i just shut down the computer?
