C:\Windows\Temp\SVCHost.exe - Trojan.Agent.GEN (Malwarebytes)

Hello all... usually I can do enough research online to get these removed myself but I need some help with this one!

I was derping around on my pc this morning when AVG popped up with a virus warning. svchost.exe was infected. I removed/'fixed' the issue. Only for me to boot up my pc again this evening with the same message! Uh oh .... this baby doesn't want to stay deleted!

I've ran malware bytes anti malware, malware bytes anti rootkit, and several others which have found and "removed" this threat but nothing seems to keep it from coming back. I have disabled system restore and still no luck.

Could someone please advise me on what info you need to help me track down what keeps installing this file to my /temp folder and running it on startup? Thanks!!

(PS. I'm not noticing any popups or degraded performance... but both AVG and Malwarebytes and several other programs find this as a 'generic' trojan... )
