Antivirus Security Pro - Windows 8

Good afternoon,

I am having dificulty cleaning one of the machines here at the office that is infected with Antivirus Security Pro. I have attempted to run RKill in Safe Mode, however when the PC goes into Safe Mode (or with networking) right after loading into the desktop, the laptop will automatically restart and you are back to step 1. I have also tried the option to disable automatic restart after failure in order to prevent it from just restarting, however you can only choose one option at that advanced screen and it boots into normal mode after choosing disable. I have attempted RKill in normal mode to get around ASP, however that fails to kill the program. I am at a loss for what to try next, and would appreciate any guidance moving forward.
