Conduit seach bar/Blue screen/yahoo requesting new password

Hi

I accidently clicked download on a teaching resource for my job at college. It was not the download and ended up downloading the conduit toobar/search bar.

I used a tutorial on here and removed the said toolbar.

Since then I have had a blue screen once and also my yahoo keeps prompting me to change password. Also all my passwords have to be entered each time.

I am sure I have some sort of malware.

I have run an ESET scan and 18 threats were found at 31% - it's still running. Help please
