Download from tintguide.com hijacks browsers

http://sharewareonsale.com/s/tint-guide-image-resize-guide-sale links to http://tintguide.com/imageresize.html where the installer hijacks your browsers even if you say "no" to all the crapware offers. It goes ahead and attempts to add a couple add-ins to Firefox (I said no) and succeeds in hijacking the homepage to (http://mysearch.avg.com/pages/abt/pb/homepage.aspx?cid=%7BEB536AC6-83F4-4B11-BF36-640D42A5C2D4%7D&mid=7894de05658747d394f77d3bcf34cde7-16268acd865a87f0487e6c5e2de27bd59131657f&lang=en&ds=co011&pr=sa&d=2013-10-12%2013:31:12&pid=safeguard&sg=66&v=17.1.0.27&sap=hp&tc=test8), and on Firefox but not IE opens a second window (http://www.pchealthboost.com/m/1/lp/fix-windows-errors.php). It also hijacks the search box to AVG & resists any change to the default.

Would appreciate help with the deworming.
