INFECTED - Persistent Rootkit Virus

I ran a normal AVG scan today. There were 93 problems, that were associated with rootkits. After AVG says they'e done, I restarted my computer and scanned again.

And they were still there. So then I realized that something was really wrong here. I scanned with MalwareBytes, AVG and Spybot and they ALL cannot get rid of whatever this thing is. Also, I know for sure that Windows Defender is disabled, there is nothing in msconfig and no suspicious network activity in netstat -a in the command prompt so that means this thing has penetrated ridiculously deep into my machine.

I'm somewhat at a loss what to do right now, this is really bad. If all my private info has already been stolen (which to be honest, it probably already has), then there is some real concern. This thing has got to go.

Any expert willing to help me? Trust me. I'm all ears.
