My laptop is infected I need Help,

After noticing that my laptop was very slow I run the ad-ware scan I realized that my PC was infected with a 37 threats.

I downloaded malwarebytes and run it and scanned with the Avira antivirus but i couldn't get rid off of the Trojans and the worm.

I need help please I am not a savvy when it comes to computers but i am a quick learner so be patient with me.
