POP UP TAB (http://websearch.soft-quick.info/?r=2013/09/27 )

Everytime I open Google Chrome 3 tabs open...2 are Google Homepage and one is (http://websearch.soft-quick.info/?r=2013/09/27). I have tried everything such as combofix, MBAM, CCLEANER, etc. Nothing seems to be getting rid of this annoying pop up. Please Help!!!
