Remote temperature sensor?

Anyone know how I can determine what this is?

It's in Speedfan 4.49 and it's got some very extreme readouts.

I'm seeing a minimum readout of -112.4*C and a maximum of +79.3*C

I've attached a screenshot and put a red circle around it... hope it shows up alright.
