Restore problem

srry if i posted this in wrong tread

a couple of days ago my laptop froze so i had to turn it off.

i'm running windows 8 and when i whant to do e full system restore it tells me "the drive where windows is installed is locked,unlock the drive and try again".

at first i couldnt log in at all but now i can but i still would like to fix it completly
