What is drum hardware?

I was over a site looking at a drum kit i wish to buy, because the one i've got now is really outdated. but it says exactly this "SHELL PACK MERELY - Tom Mounts integrated - no other equipment included. Hardware and Cymbals pictured are usually for photo only. " What exactly is drum hardware, will it include full drums??
