Windows update sort of freeze?

Hey,

I cant seem to update my computer. when its turning it off and it has to update it just stays 1 out of 27 for hours.

In the windows update its a Net. frame KB2836939 where theres a failure. i downloaded it manuel where it also just "freeze"?
