Lost Use of Wired and Wireless Capabilty

I have an HP Slimline utilizing Windows 7. All of sudden, it lost use of the Internet via wire or wireless. Device Manager tells me it good. Have run different virus programs and found nothing. Have updated the device drivers for both of these from HP. I am at a stand still.

Any suggestions?
