So I have a dell inspiron laptop with windows 7 and I have been having issues with my computer lately and at random times. Sometimes when I try to shutdown my computer it wont fully shutdown. It will just stay at the "shutting down" screen till i hold down the power button. Any assistance in my problem would be great.
