Win 7 laptop, all browsers display websites wrong

Problem is with a Toshiba M645 running Win 7 Home Premium, IE10, Firefox & Chrome. The problem is it displays pages incorrectly. The most common problem is an area has a background image or color and instead of seeing it there will be what appears to be chain link, stars or scrolling symbols. Sometimes clearing temp files and cache will clear it up for a short time.I have run virus scans, malware scans tried checking in Safe mode to isolate the video driver. Scans did find a couple trojans and some adware, checking after pages would appear to be normal again. Sometimes it would be fine until re-started or it might just take a short period of usage to start displaying pages wrong again. Any help would be appreciated
