AFP/ACC Ransomware Virus

Hi,

My room mate came to me the other day and asked if I could fix his computer for him. The computer is running 64 bit windows 7. When booted it logs in and brings up the notorious ukash ransomware scheme. I have tried running the Hitman Pro fix but when it logs in and the hitman screen is supposed to appear....it doesn't.

I have ran the Anvi rescue disk program to attempt to clear out the virus but to no avail..

Would really appreciate any help I could get on this matter.
