Portsign Hacking Network

Hi, I downloaded this game called portsign hacking network but have no clue on how to play it.. my question is where can I get like a manual or some thing.. and another thing... is it reality based?? does it simulate any real tools?? lets say you get really good at it would you be able to hack something real?? thank you!!
