resource monitor-network

Hi guys.When I open resource monitor on vista I find on network tons of different ips.Even I am doing nothing( i mean I close all apps and just watching resources monitors)There are chromes exes with different addreses(ip and also things like db3msrgr501800 on addresses).There shown up all time then dissapeared then an other ip will appear and things like that.Should I worry about that?
