Windows 8.1 and SpyHunter 4

I would like your opinion regarding software SpyHunter fourth.SpyHunter 4 in my Windows 8.1 found 948 malware, spyware .... Is it possible?

360 Internet Security, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware SuperAntispyware as they found nothing.
