Ads, music, other noise coming from my computer....

I turned on my computer the other day and immediately, a bunch of ads, music, dialog started coming from my computer. There were no windows or browsers open. As soon as I turned off my wireless, it stopped. Turned it back on and it started again.

While in safe mode this doesn't happen.

Please help.
