USB 2.0 header question

I was looking around the inside of my computer (HP Pavilion P7-1534), and I noticed two USB 2.0 headers not being used (F USB1 and F USB2). Please see picture below. As I'm always in need of more USB ports, I was thinking I should pick up one of these. But taking a closer look at the MoBo headers, they aren't the standard 9-pin. They are 8 pin, then 2 "no pin" slots, then 2 more pins. Sorry for the noob question, but will the USB "slot plate" I linked work with this type pin-out? Which way do I orient it? I guess logically it would be the farthest 2 pins (next to the no pin slots) left unattached? If I'm completely off base here, please let me know. Thanks for the help!
