Browser is locked fbi scam issue

Last night surfing the net I was hit with that trojan and have so far not been able to remove it. AVG definitely let me down big time. Here is my hijack this log. I appreciate any help and I am not an expert or a novice just an average user so I might need to have things dumbed down a wee bit lol Thank you
