Guest Network Issues With Linksys AE6500 and Blu-ray Player

I have one possible issue, and one definite issue with the guest network on my Linksys AE6500.

First, the possible issue. As you can see by the screenshot below, I have setup the guest network with a name and password.

But it shows up here as being Unsecured.

Is this normal, or is there a way to make guest network secure? When trying to access the guest network via my phone or tablet, it does require me to first go to a website and enter the guest network password. Just not sure why it's showing Unsecured.

Secondly, I can't seem to connect the Blu-ray player (Sony BDP-S3100 with built-in Wireless LAN) to the guest network. During the network set-up of the Blu-ray player, somehow without entering a password, it says it has connected to the guest network. But as soon as I try to do anything that requires access to the network, I receive an error message. Any ideas?
